OK, we can set up a sourceforge project. We need a name for it, which cannot be changed later; this does not affect the name of any Python packages we produce later. I'll suggest 'pycodecs'. But I'm feeling uninspired tonight and hope someone can come up with some other ideas. If there are no other suggestions in 24 hours, I'll set it up. Who wants checkin and admin rights? - Andy
