[GSoC-general] GSoC 2017 in Machine Learning

Hello developers,
I am a student pursuing computer science  from India.

I am interested in Python, machine learning and neural networks  and would
like to contribute to projects related to these topics. I would like to
know if there are any ideas related to these fields, and if so, how can I
get involved in them and contribute.
