I've just finished updating the sub-org list for GSoC 2016.  Check it

That's all the sub-orgs I have full information for at this time!

We do have a couple of sub-orgs who are in process, and I'll accept 
sub-org applications as long as it's still March 7th, 2016 somewhere on 
this planet, but this list won't change much otherwise!
