[getopt-sig] A better name for Optik in the stdlib?

Regarding the renaming of Optik for the Python standard library, I
wrote:

I like "options.py" better, but that didn't fly.  I don't have a
better name right now.

Perhaps somebody else can come up with a good name?  Last chance!
