Sure. The previous patch left out the really crucial step of
installing the pkg-config file. It's pretty non-intrusive to add the
pkg-config file. It's convenient that libexpat doesn't explicitly link
to any other libraries, so you don't have to figure out how to export
that information through pkg-config.
