[Expat-discuss] any hints about foreign DTD

Dear all,
    After reading the manual many times and google, I still dont know how to 
use foreign DTD. If i parse a RSS file, the file contains &copy. After I 
call XML_UseForeignDTD(m_parser, TRUE) before parsing, the error disappear. 
But the &copy is removed. All the handlers don't have parameters which 
contains the &copy. What should I do in order to get the &copy.
