[Expat-discuss] UTF-16 encode

Hi,
 
I have an XML document with encoding declaration "encoding="UTF-16"". I
get the error "encoding specified in XML declaration is incorrect" when
feeding the document to the parser. I thougt UTF-16 is one of the
builtin encodings.
