BUG in 1.95.8 and 2.0:

Expat has with embedded xml with against-manufactures
problems.  To Parsende the XML looks so out:
<?xml version="1.0"
encoding="UTF-8"?><xmlsection>&lt;?xml
version=&quot;1.0&quot; encoding=&quot;UTF-8&quot;?&gt;
&lt;signal&gt;
	&lt;outputrate&gt;1&lt;/outputrate&gt;
&lt;/signal&gt;
</xmlsection></srvparams>

which from it comes out looks then so out:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><xmlsection>
<--that is ok

<?xml version="1.0"encoding="UTF-8"?> <--that is wrong
between the attributes version and encoding that blank
is removed
<signal><outputrate>1</outputrate></signal><--that is ok
