kick him if you see him, but if anyone else believes that they would
qualify to be able to assess a business proposal to a friend of mine,
based in london, please do contact me, i put you in touch.  this
_isn't_ spam, i actually trust my friend to have worked that out
already.

basically my friend needs help to not get the wool pulled over his
eyes when hearing this guy's pitch.
