On the subject of keynotes, which one will happen first? Guido or Alan? Or is 
this to be discussed further. I intend to replicate the form of the PyCon 
keynotes page...

P.S. I also noticed that the sponsorship information (seemingly dating back to 
2004) mentions the opportunity for sponsors to have pre-keynote 
presentations. Is this still feasible?
