[EuroPython] Registration account details

I'd like to know a bit more about where the money that people pay to attend 
ends up.

My take on it is this:

People can pay by credit card, eurogiro or SWIFT transfer. All that money ends 
up in an account somewhere.

1. In who's name is this account registered?
2. Who has access to the money?
3. What fees are involved in the transfer of payments. We nned to factor this 
into the budget.

I'm grateful for an answer from whoever knows any of these details.
