There are a lot of conferences "competing" for papers this year.
PyCon, python-uk, OSCON, EuroPython are all happening in fairly rapid
succession.

That'd be nice, but I don't think it's happening.

I'm not sure there's a lot we can decide until we have some talks to
play with.
