[EuroPython] Looking for a new track champion

Shae told us yesterday in the meeting that he won't be able to
come to the conference. He is co-chair of the Python language
and the applications track.

We need a new co-chair for those tracks, since Martijn Faassen
can't possible handle the load alone. Would any of the other chairmen
have time to give him a hand ?
