Whatever the dates, we should not make the mistake of having the 
conference scheduled in the same week as the LinuxTag [6.-9.6.2002] 
(or any other major OSS-conference).

BTW, it wouldn't necessarily be a bad idea to piggyback on e.g.
LinuxTag (saves us much of the orga problems):
