Ooops... I see now that what I thought I was sending to the education
summit committee actually got sent to edu-sig.

Yes, Alan, I did explore the possibility of you presenting the keynote for
the PyCon US (or North America, I should say) Education Summit last year.
We are now organizing the 2014 Edu Summit and are in the process of sorting
out who will be working on what. I'll certainly put your name in for
consideration for the keynote again. And if you'll be able to attend, we'd
be delighted to have you join us.
