i am sure it is not in the list you gave me

actually, it is something very similar to turtle art (but it is not that one):
you create a program using blocks and, at the same time, the whole
application creates the underlying python code that creates the blocks
(but of course the visual code made by blocks does something different
from the code automatically generated )

BTW, does TA this job ?
