There is also a good programming tutorial called livewires.  It was
developed for 7-9 yr. olds.
That is at http://yhslug.tux.org/obp/livewires/

Then use both How to Think Like a Computer Scientist and Livewires for
10-12 yr. olds and 13-17 yr. olds
