[docs] Little quirk with lateral menu

Hi.

I found a little quirk with the lateral "collapsable" menu and I see this
email address at http://docs.python.org/3.4/bugs.html.

If you see a page with little documentation (for example
http://docs.python.org/3.4/library/macpath.html ) and you have the lateral
menu collapsed, the ">>" arrows are out of the "button" (the grey clickable
area to expand the lateral menu).

Moreover, if you expand the menu, the height button is fixed and do not
reach the end of the lateral menu area.

(I'm with firefox 18.0.1 on windows seven)
