[docs] sorted() "Sorting HowTo" Link

Hello,

There seems to be a broken link under the "sorted()" function
documentation.  Here is a direct link:
http://docs.python.org/2/library/functions.html#sorted

The link from the bottom of this function's documentation with the text
"Sorting HowTo" tries to go here:
http://wiki.python.org/moin/HowTo/Sorting/

It seems that link is broken.  I believe the correct link to be:
http://docs.python.org/2/howto/sorting.html
