Thanks for your interest in Python documentation. The proper way is to
create a patch against the latest python source checkout and report an
issue to the Python bugtracker. It's a task that requires a bit of
knowledge, that you should probably acquire reading
docs.python.org/devguide/ - and if you have any question, just ask
here!

There's a lot of discussions going about unicode and Python, so your
contribution will probably catch up the momentum just fine.
