The only fields where I see this syntax making any sense are the
"requirements" ones:

- - The ones specified in PEP 314: Requires, Provides, Obsoletes
- - The new ones proposed in PEP 345[1]:  Requires-Dist, Provides-Dist,
  Obsoletes-Dist
