Hi all --

I'm pleased to mention that after being in existence for less than a
week, this SIG already has 25 subscribers!  Thanks all for joining up
and further convincing me that extension building really is considered
painful.  ;-)

Next, I finally got around to making a tiny little web presence for the
SIG.  You'll find it in the usual place:

   http://www.python.org/sigs/distutils-sig/

Currently there's not much there -- if it weren't for the fact that I'm
a bit of a blabbermouth in front of a keyboard (blabbertype?), it would
just be links to the mailing list info page, the SIG charter, and the
summary I wrote of the Developer's Day session.  Still, it's a start.
