[DB-SIG] Standard values for type_code?

The DB-API 2.0 spec requires that the tuple returned for each column by
cursor.description has a type_code as the 2nd item in the tuple. The spec
states that "the type_code can be interpreted by comparing it to the Type
Objects" which are described in the section "Type Objects and Constructors".
Is there a list of standard values for type_code?
