I can definitely/authoritatively state that no prior copyright exists.

Since Bertil is stating that he (and his associates) does not desire to
hold a copyright, then the new maintainer should assume the copyright
for the module.

Of course, the new copyright holder can license as they choose, but I
would request that they retain the current Python-style license that
exists on informixdb.
