[Cryptography-dev] Using pip<6 to install cryptography?

Hello,

We'd like to make some long desired cleanups to our setup.py (
https://github.com/pyca/cryptography/pull/3796). Unfortunately, if you're
installing cryptography with pip<6, things won't work (specifically, all of
cryptography's dependencies won't be installed).

If you're using pip<6, can you chime in and let us know why, and how
disruptive this change would be so we can make an informed decision?

Alex
