[Cryptography-dev] Latest release does not build on Windows

Also it is worth noting that some versions of Visual Studio are missing
stdint.h and inttypes.h (i.e. VS2008). I believe Visual Studio 2010
Express (the one I have access to) includes stdint.h, but not inttypes.h.

There is a googlecode project dedicated to providing these missing files
in case they are needed:
