Yes, all the time, but you need Python 2.3 or higher. The Python that comes
with OS 10.3 is fine. You also need the latest Apple compilers. Please look at
the Boost.Python FAQ for details.

I am using a SCons-based build system. I am not sure if the bjam system is
still in working condition under OS 10, but at one point not too long ago it
was.
