[C++-sig] boost.python on OS X 10.3 (Panther)

Hi Rene,

I'm setting PYTHON_ROOT to /System/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework

which is the default install location (e.g. installed by the slick 
installer) for python on mint OS X 10.3 systems.
