Just letting everyone know that the C++ www site has been updated ever 
so slightly, to include the patch I spoke about previously which
introduces --with-cxx to Python's configure script.

Please try it out and let me know what you think about this patch.

In case anyone has forgotten, the sig url is:

I will be working up another patch with more of the support that has
been talked about before.  Also, I will put up submissions by others,
just send me whatever you want others to be able to reach.
