Hi Pythonistas,

Are you planning to go to PyCon at Pittsburgh this year? Just to remind you
that we will be closing the mentor and mentee application for Beginners
Data Workshop for Minorities this Sunday 8th March.

It will be a great opportunity for you to learn how to use Python to do
data-to-data data science work: data manipulation, basic machine learning
and visualization. There is no prerequisite for mentee applications,
absolute beginner of Python is welcome.

We also need mentors who have some experiences in data science to be our
mentors (you will be rewarded, trust me).

The workshop is completely free, however, you will need a ticket to PyCon
to participate. If you have not got your ticket for PyCon yet, you can get
it with a discounted price if you are selected to participate in the
workshop (both as mentor or mentee)

Please click this for more information and registration:

Best wishes,
Cheuk (organizer of Beginners Data Workshop for Minorities)
