[Conferences] Regional Python events on PyCon pages?

Hi Marc-Andre,

I would love to see PyOhio listed on the conferences page at pycon.org.
PyOhio is celebrating its 9th year this year, and will be held July 30-31,
2016 in Columbus, Ohio at the Ohio Union. More information can be found
here: http://www.pyohio.org.

(Also we are looking for sponsors, so if you are interested in reaching
450-500 dedicated developers please fill out the sponsor form or email me).

Also, I second Randy's mention of PyTennessee... it's a great conference
and I would like to see it and the other "regional" conferences listed at
pycon.org as well.
