[Compiler-sig] Name for Jeremy's code

  Jeremy needs a working name for his compiler.  I propose jpyc --
"Jeremy's Python Compiler".
  I wanted to check it out parallel to my Python checkout (which is
just the dist/src/ component of the Python tree), and needed a name
for the directory that didn't start with "py".  (Wouldn't want to type 
to many characters before using the shells filename completion, now!
Those keyboard habits are hard to change!).
