Hi Sairam,

There is a framework called Kivy[1][2] that can help you to achieve
this to some extent. Maybe you want to check that out

Also, just as a word of advice: when asking such questions on a
mailing list, it is very easy to be shot down because you're not being
specific enough. Always make sure you include information about what
you have tried[3] before asking such a question.
