[Chennaipy] [OT] Flatmate Needed

Hello all,

I have a 2 BHK flat in sight in Kandanchavadi/Perungudi in a gated
society in a friendly neighborhood. It is in close proximity to
Kandanchavadi bus stop and a bunch of tech parks (SP Infocity,
Cognizant, RMZ Millenia etc). The apartment is fully furnished with
all the goodies: an AC, washing machine, a fridge, gas connection,
beds and tables, a sofa, coffee table.. you get the idea.

I am looking for a roommate to share the flat and the associated costs
with (rent + security deposit + maintenance; rent details available on
request) beginning _January_. In the interest of brevity and keeping
the unnecessary details to the minimum, I'll end this message here.
