Looks like UTF-8 coding of an umlaut ü gone wrong (or did it happen in your
mailer? then it is a perfectly fine project name).

Well, it doesn't seem like anyone would use them, but as long as they don't do
any harm, they increase the number of registered packages we can boast about ;-)
