That old wiki is in read-only mode, so it'll take some work to edit.

There's nothing there that cares about which version of the PyPI front
page is loaded; the short version would be fine.  Whether that's done by
a redirect or changing what's rendered doesn't matter as far as we're
concerned on this end.
