FYI, the fix doesn't work either, as there's still a title="" attribute in 
there.  Please see the regex in the API doc.

(Yes, it's a terribly crufty regex; it was always intended as merely a 
backward-compatibility stopgap until PyPI started supporting #md5 anchors.)
