[Catalog-sig] PyPI Maintenance Question

First, congrats on a fabulous concept and implementation.  PyPI has already pointed me to several relevant packages I was unaware of.

On the mundane side, is this mailing list the intended place for general users to send notifications of such things as dead or forbidden links, typos, etc.?  For example on
http://www.python.org/pypi?:action=display&name=OpenTAL&version=0.3
the Home Page link leads to a very uninformative "Forbidden access" page.
