[Borgbackup] Accidentally deleted some files from a repository

My thoughts.

1. First make a copy of the backup archive.
2. Run "borg check --repair ..." which should mark the corrupted segments
as missing.
3. Run "borg create ..." which will replace any missing segments with the
same data if a matching block is still on your disk.
