[Python-Belgium] [FOSDEM 2019] Call for Participation

Thanks Eric, for the organisatian, this is great!

I'm not sure how much time I'll have myself, I've a 1 month old baby now,
but if I come, I'm happy to help out with the booth for instance. Keeping
you posted.
