[PyBel] ASBL/VZW creation?

Hello !

Even though I'm catching up the train late, I would be more than happy to
help :-)

We (Adimian) can also help with:
- funding
- dedicate a few hours of our assistant per week
- organize apéros in Nivelles (and Brussels)
