Hi Meenal.  Welcome to the area and to this list/group.

You might consider pointing potential employers to a page where they
can find a resume or cv, and links to other information that would
help them quickly determine if your skills would be a good fit for
their needs.  While your blog has some interesting code samples, I
didn't see any links to other information describing your education
and experiences.  I did find your LinkedIn profile via Google search
but that profile doesn't go very deep.

In what part of the Bay Area are you located?  If you are in/near San
Francisco you might like joining the local Python and Django (and
other) Meetup groups.  Of course there are many other local SIGs, too.
