[Baypiggies] PyCon nudging

If you've been to a BayPiggies meeting in the last couple of years, this
message is for *you*:

PyCon 2009 is now accepting proposals for presentations:

We (the PyCon organizers) are trying to improve the quality of
presentations, so if you remember a particularly good presentation, I
encourage you to send the speaker a message saying so, suggesting that
maybe they should submit a proposal to PyCon.

If nothing else, I have yet to meet a speaker who hates praise, so
you'll be doing a good deed that way.
