Yeah, I wasn't sure whether to remove the speaker and just get the
screen or not.  I guess I know how to do it next time. :-)  I figured
the slides would be available online, so even if they weren't too
readable, they would still be available in source form which would
give most of the content and be much clearer than the video.

Moving the camera location is much harder.  It's position is the
standard position for all talks in Tunis.  It would require putting
the camera where there is no power and pretty much half the room would
not be usable as seating.  That means people would have to pack in
closer and sit farther from the screen.
