[BangPypers] Call for Speakers for September Meetup - Nov 23, 2019

Hi all,

The next Bangpypers meetup is scheduled for November 23, 2019.

The theme for the meetup is "Web Development". We have 4 slots open for
30-40 min.
Below are the few examples that can be picked for the talk
1. Overview of any of the python web framework like Django, flask, etc.
2. Microservice architecture
3. Past experience or use case discussion on scaling web applications.
4. Application logging and monitoring
