[BangPypers] Python Training in Bangalore

Dear All,
We are internally working on a moodle infrastructure after our last
discussion in this list.  Will make it public soon!
 Also will open that up for modification/ enhancement by the bang-pyper
community.Hopefully it may help new-bees.
