[AstroPy] ANN: astropy bugfix releases v3.2.2 and v2.0.15 (LTS)

Dear All,

We have made bugfix releases v3.2.2 and v2.0.15 (LTS) for astropy.
They are available on PyPI or on the usual conda channels.

These releases contain several minor fixes, the full list of fixes can be
found in the changelog:
