[AstroPy] AstroPy Digest, Vol 86, Issue 5

Sockpuppet investigation is something we badly want to avoid - they're
usually loud accusations of finger pointing on both sides, but with little
proof, suspicion never seems to go away.

If you're making an edit to the page, make sure that you're logged into
your Wikipedia account so that they can see multiple users are editing the
site. Particularly, if you vote on the deletion status of the article (
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Articles_for_deletion/Astropy),
sign your comment with four tildes (~~~~) at the end of your vote. That
will create an automatic user ID and timestamp; this will help demonstrate
that we are in fact many independent users working and supporting the
article, not just sockpuppet accounts.
