[AstroPy] ANN: Astropy 0.2.1 released

Dear colleagues,

We are happy to announce the release of v0.2.1 of the Astropy package,
a core Python package for Astronomy.

v0.2.1 is a bug fix release.  Of particular note is that some
installation issues reported in v0.2 have been addressed.  Hence, if
you encountered installation problems with v0.2 you may want to try
again with v0.2.1.  The full list of  changes can be found at
