PyRAF v1.7 IS NOW AVAILABLE

The Science Software Branch of the Space Telescope Science Institute 
wishes to announce the availability of PyRAF version 1.7.  There are 
bug-fixes, enhancements, and beta support for running without an X 
server on Mac OS X.  Documentation, release notes, and download 
instructions are available here:

I believe that all the svn repositories at scipy.org are down.  I cannot 
reach scipy or numpy at this time.
